The International Hadrosaur Symposium took place at the Royal Tyrrell Museum from Sept. 23-25. The event was co-convened by myself and Dr. David Eberth, and organized by the Tyrrell Museum. It hosted over 150 participants, mostly scientists and students, who contributed two full days of talks and over 20 posters focused on the evolution and palaeobiology of duck-billed dinosaurs.  Reflecting the global distribution of this clade of dinosaurs, the conference had a real international flavor with scientists coming from all over the world. Keynote speakers included Pascal Godefroit, Khishigjav Tsogtbaatar, Rodolpho Coria, and Jack Horner, and the conference honored the contributions of David Weishampel. We were very impressed with the high quality of presentations and exciting new information presented on the group, and I would very much like to thank everyone for attending what will surely be a landmark event in hadrosaur studies. Now, onto the book….
